Whole30: Day 10

Football snacks! Carrots + salsa, blueberries and cocktails! Feeding my need for tropic relief, Eli mixed sparkling grapefruit water with a splash of pure coconut water. It’s like we’re in Hawaii, minus the rum, sun, sand and ocean.


Tonight we face our fiercest Whole30 challenge yet: family dinner at a nice restaurant. No to the bread basket and wine list, yes to the surf and turf!
