After a preliminary post-travel-weekend weigh-in yesterday it became very clear that I need a lifestyle adjustment. My appetite and “celebrating” have definitely spiraled out of control over the past few weeks, which my scale not-so-nicely pointed out.
We got back on track last night with sparkling water, light meatloaf and oven baked onion rings. I am SO grateful E likes to cook and eat healthy with me… he even skipped his nightly beer… whatta dude!
No more weekday wine or chocolate or excessive carbs, I say! This weight gaining must end! Weigh-in Wednesdays will resume next week. 🙂
