Weigh-in Wednesday + another salad

Stayed the same! I completely contribute this victory to spin classes for five of the past six days. No way would I have been able to match the relentless indulgence from the ‘party weekend!’ without it. **Major sigh of relief**

Tonight’s menu: Salmon, acorn squash and broccoli salad. I’m only responsible for the salad, though, so here it is:

Blanched broccoli, red pepper, red cabbage, chopped salami, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds

Dressing (made in an almost-empty spicy mustard bottle): Olive oil, apple cider vinegar, 1/2 T of mayo, dash of maple syrup – Shake it!

…and now that I see it, I realize I forgot the red onion and parsley. Back to the kitchen I go…
