Stayed the same. One sixty two.

If I can eat cupcakes while enjoying multiple mimosas and NOT gain weight, I’m a happy girl!

I’m super sore today from Bodypump last night; love that!

I’ve been pairing Medifast with the Belly Fat Cure plan this week. Have any of you ever done that diet? It drastically limits (and monitors) sugar and carb intake. Check it out here.

Stay tuned as I try it for a week to see if I notice any changes in my weight or how I feel.
