Down 3 since Friday!
And that’s after a pretty monumental detour off program yesterday.
Side note: When we were in New York a few years ago, we ate papusas at the Brooklyn Flea and immediately put them on our radar to make. Well, two and a half years later, we finally busted the masa out and learned how to stuff and pat this Salvadorean street food ourselves. It was a learning experience, but the final result was worth it.
There was also a Ben and Jerry’s ice cream cake involved. And wine. An extremely delicious evening 🙂
Back at it and on the road for the next two days.
