Lilikoi

Today’s food excursion certainly required a gym trip and a long walk.

Mandy and Will have been promoting Lilikoi, a family run food “cart” (no real cart, but they do cook their food outside under a tent) down the street, that serves Hawaiian and Southeast Asian dishes. These peeps know their way around a pig… wow. My biggest complaint are the inappropriately tiny water glasses that needed constant refilling while we ate this:

(Cuban: Buttery wrap filled with pork, ham, pickles, hot sauce, mayo)

and this:

(Drunken noodles with tofu and coleslaw)

The kitchen:

The treats they sent us home with (for free!); they are that beautiful golden color because they are fried. And delicious:

How great would those glasses look with my new boots? Tomorrow, I will steal them.
