Perfect name for this workout. I can pretty much make it through 40 minutes of Jillian’s cardio dvd without stopping; this is definitely not the case with day one of Insanity. Today was plyometric circuit training, meaning jumps, jumps, jumps and more damn jumps. Already sore. Great! Thanks for suggesting this, Breezy!

For lunch I made a quinoa salad:

All together now! (Dried cranberries, chopped orange pepper, chickpeas, cilantro, cooked quinoa, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil……. add feta if you have it!):
