Today was a big day. I drove all over the city at rush hour to meet a random dude Breezy found on Craigslist who happened to be selling a cheap copy of the Insanity workout DVDs. Apparently tomorrow I’m doing the “Fit Test”… NOT excited about this for some reason…. The program is setup for 60 straight days of crazy workouts, but I think I’m going to alternate it with my gym classes. I’m totally a gym rat now; I’d go crazy without it for two months! Regardless of how I approach the Insanity, you know I’ll complain to you every time I do it, right?
Food today: Super healthy!!! I figure I may as well attempt being calorie conscious at least one day before Weigh-in Wednesday. For late lunch/early dinner I made two mini pita pizzas with some produce that needed to be used up.
Begin by sauteing mushrooms, onions, garlic, tomatoes and spices:
