After my computer was delivered today (!!!), Anna came over for a Mt. Tabor walk. We ended up running the nearly 300 stairs FOUR times. Per her suggestion, we mixed it up by running/walking them in intervals. My booty is sore though, because prior to that, I also did Jillian’s resistance video.
And right now I’m packing for the week in Seattle! I’ll definitely be stopping in at the 24 Hour Fitness downtown while the high school students are in class during the days. Maybe I’ll bring along Jillian for backup….
Nothing new and unusual about today’s food, so here are a few pics from dinner at Anna’s last night. We had peanut stir fry on rice noodles. Lots of fresh veggies, including peas from their garden.
