I went to two classes at the gym this morning: Power Sculpt (lifting/cardio) and a Chrisanthi spin. WOOOHOOOOO!!!
Breakfast: cereal, banana, almond milk
Lunch: tuna, veggies, feta, 2 Wasa crackers
Lucy and I (and the bug spray), are heading out to the Gorge in a bit for some hiking. First stop: Next Adventure (I need a Camelbak and sleeping bag.)
Dinner tonight: Crashing Amanda’s for some salmon.
