Usually the sacred Wisconsin fish fry is reserved for Friday nights, but Keri’s dad worked me into his schedule and invited us over for a serious blue gill binge session tonight. We ate and ate and ate… and then there was dessert! Carrot cake and peanut butter rice crispy treats. I got home feeling about ten pounds heavier, which is not the look I’m going for. So Jillian talked me off the ledge during 40 minutes of her cardio circuit workout. Then I walked with Madre and bowled with Jaime. Lovely evening.
