Plyometrics and Graduation

This morning seems so far away that I can barely believe I was in a Chrisanthi class doing plyometrics at 9am. What is this, you ask? Well, it’s really, really hard. Plyometrics is a type of exercise using explosive movements like airjacks (jumping jacks… in the air… no thank you).

To reward myself, I enjoyed two FARM FRESH poached eggs and more kale. The hardest thing about ditching bread is breakfast time… I’m so used to cereals and toast slathered in peanut butter. God bless the egg-kale combo… what a lifesaver.

The rest of the day was spent with Ty’s family at Jamie’s graduation from Willamette University. Then it was dinner and drinks at McGrath’s Fish House where I said no thanksees to the bread basket. Who needs it? Not me!

Grilled mahi mahi and seafood stew:

Congrats, Jamie!
