To follow-up on yesterday’s 5 Point Plan, I am on track for WW points today! It’s a rare day when that actually happens. Must drink more water though.
During my 25-minute heavy-resistance ride (hill drills) on the hotel stationary bike this afternoon, I started fantasizing about the Providence Bridge Pedal. The event takes place on August 8th and crosses all of Portland’s ten bridges in a 40ish mile ride. Who’s coming with me (and Kent)???
