You know the drill by now for Wednesdays… eat light, workout, work, weigh-in at 5:30.
Today’s workout (meeting Amanda and Mandy at the gym!): 40 minutes elliptical, push ups, sit ups, lunges/squats, bicpes
Menu: Not sure. Maybe salad rolls for lunch. I’m leaving for a work trip right after Weight Watchers, so I will eat a late dinner at the hotel. I’m preparing myself for a few days of road food.
