Champagne!

Mandy and I fantasized about champagne during our spin class this morning and also finalized our menu for tonight:

Honey-glazed salmon, mahi-mahi cakes, brussel sprouts with bacon, salad and fresh baked bread.  And mango-champagne cocktails!

I just made a fabulous four-ingredient breakfast:  Steamed broccoli, two poached eggs, goat cheese and sriracha.  A huge bowl of filling food for about 5 WW points.
