A double duty workout today:
25 min elliptical, mile walk, crunches, pushups, squats/lunges, biceps, 25 min spin bike
I’m also tracking WW points (I haven’t counted points in almost a month!). Every food item is worth a certain amount of points based on calories, fat and fiber. I get 27 points a day. That’s not very many. I will earn points at the gym though. Not a clue what I’m eating today… probably a black bean burger for lunch.
