Plan for the day

1.  Go to the gym:  25 minutes eliptical, one mile on the treadmill, 25 minutes spin bike, 50 push-up, 100 crunches, 30 squat/lift thingys.

2. Go shopping!

3.  Get groceries for dinner.  I’m making soup tonight and want to try something new.  I’m thinking I’ll do up some roasted butternut squash, onions and garlic and add some broth and coconut milk and blend it.  Pictures later of course…

4.  Work on aprons.

5.  Work errands/post office.

I am trying to keep myself busy since I have the bad habit of raiding my parent’s fridge when I’m here.  The best way for me to stay occupied and on-task is by having a constant to-do list.  Because I’m obsessed with food, it helps to have a food-related item on the list to give me an outlet for the food madness that goes on in my head.
